We created a custom meme editor so that companies can easily upload any image and create memes. This is a fun feature for inside jokes and silly messaging. See how to use memes in chat.

The meme editor is a spreadsheet that every company admin has access to. When the first person at a company clicks the link to “add / edit memes,” their company meme spreadsheet is created and pre-populated with the list of global memes. Companies can edit and remove global memes and add their own to the spreadsheet.

Administrators can “add / edit memes” from the actions panel in a chat room:

Too add a new meme to the spreadsheet, you need to insert the following into the meme editor spreadsheet:

• Command: This is the slash command that will be used to create the meme
• Image: Insert an image into the spreadsheet cell to include it in the meme database
• Description: This text will appear in the meme selector UI as a short blurb about the meme
